Our company is looking for an ICT Sales Representative who deals with the promotion and sale of company activities on a national scale.
Blackbirds Infotech srl is a certified partner of CAS Software AG for the genesisWorld CRM platform, developed for 30 years (today used
by 480,000 users and 30,000 customers worldwide in the most varied market sectors).
Thanks to YOU and your passion, we will identify new opportunities in Italy and abroad for possible projects on our flagship products:
the genesisWorld and SmartWe CRMs, as well as the CAS Merlin product configurator (for example also used by Mercedes Benz to customize trucks).
Without forgetting our proposals for Lead Generation (Evalanche, Inxmail, wiredminds), for security (StormShield, GData) and the tool (Alleantia)
to help companies towards the transition to industry 4.0.
You will deal with the sale of software licenses and related services necessary for the implementation of the projects themselves.
You will have the opportunity to interface with the reality of companies, providing them with an opportunity for further growth.
Once the training is complete, you will be involved in the entire sales cycle, from the identification of the opportunity to the signing of the
contract. In addition to the activity of acquiring new customers, you will also have the task of retaining existing ones by also
understanding post-sales needs.
The ideal candidate must meet the following requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Economics or Management Engineering
- Fluency in English
- 3/4 years of experience in the sale of IT products / services (ERP systems, CRM, etc.)
- Strong negotiation and mediation skills
- The ability to relate to both the IT area and function managers (CEO, CFO, Controller, Production Manager) is required
